Mariah Carey takes a shot at “American Idol” and slams the reality show. The veteran singer called “American Idol” “boring and “fake.”

The former “American Idol” judge Carey appeared on the “Kyle and Jackie O” radio show on Thursday in Australia. Carey spoke her heart out on the show and slammed “American Idol.” She revealed that she does not want to return to the reality musical show for its final season.

“Hell no! Absolutely not! That was the worst experience of my life,” Carey said on the show (via Huffington Post). Later, she mentioned about her so-called feud with another judge on “American Idol.”

She said she is not going to get into the details but stated that they had no intentions of the judges “having a good experience on the show.” Carey added that it was not cool for them to bring two females against each other. She revealed that “American Idol” should have been about the contestants instead of “about some non-existent feud that turned into even more ridiculousness.”

Carey did not name the person during the interview. She also called the show “boring” and “fake.” She said that they have to make up things and stuff to say about other people.

This is not the first time that Carey has bashed “American Idol.” She appeared on “Hot 97’s Angie Martinez” that she hated it. She revealed that going to “American Idol” was like “every day in hell with Satan.”

During the interview, she said that she was the first person to sign and she thought that it will be a three-person panel. However, it wasn’t, said Carey. According to the singer, she was given a “nice, dangling monetary moment.”

“American Idol” is set for its 15th season and Fox declared that it is going to be the final one.
