‘The Bold And The Beautiful' spoilers for April 18: Katie pleads to Bill; Thomas and Caroline have a narrow escape

“The Bold and the Beautiful” opens the week with an episode that focuses on family feud and drama. Katie (Heather Tom) unleashes her anger at her sister, whilst showing her vulnerable side to her husband. Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) dodge a bullet when their biggest issue unexpectedly gets fixed. From last week’s cliffhanger, it seems that the Ridge’s urologist, who has been blackmailing them, was hit by a truck. As a result of the accident, the couple’s big secret – that Ridge is not Douglas’ father – may be safe for now.

Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will also appear in the April 18 installment include Bill (Don Diamont), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Thomas (Pierson Fode).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of the “Bold and the Beautiful,” the problem bothering Ridge and Caroline have seemed to resolve itself. Meanwhile, an unsuspecting client bears the brunt of Katie’s guilt about drinking and lying .

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the April 18 episode. It features multiple scenes with Katie, Bill, Brooke, Thomas, Caroline.

Katie opens the scene as she lashes at Bill and Brooke. “It is enough,” she says. “I have had enough of you trying to convince me that there’s nothing going on between you two when clearly there is.”

On the next part of the video, she hugs Bill as she cries, “I don’t want to live without you. I can’t live without you.”

The trailer wraps with Thomas telling Caroline, “If you have something to say, you can say it.”

Last week, Katie found out from Dr Wolin that Ridge could not have fathered a child because of his health condition. Katie warned the doctor to be careful and think twice before blackmailing Ridge. Meanwhile, Ridge and Caroline discussed about Dr Wolin and what he knows. Caroline suggested admitting the truth to Thomas, but Ridge disagreed. Later, Ridge met with Dr Wolin, who demanded money to keep quiet about a possible scandal. As Ridge walked away, he heard a truck honk its horn, and it sounded like someone seemed was hit by the vehicle. Elsewhere, Bill confronted Katie about the alcohol stash found in the kitchen. Katie assumed Brooke broke her promise of keeping quiet, and started lashing at her for her betrayal.
