Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman, in a wedding ceremony at her home in Montecito, California over the weekend!

Kopeman is Barrymore’s third husband after Jeremy Thomas, a bar owner in Los Angeles whom she divorced after two months of marriage, and Tom Green, a Canadian musician who divorced her after five months.

Barrymore’s detractors may quip that, based on her past behavior, her new marriage may not last. But fans of the actress could easily point out that Kopelman is a different story. The two had taken their relationship quite slow. She and Will began dating in early 2011. They took a year before announcing their engagement on January, and another three months before sealing the deal. The long path that their relationship had taken shows a very mature Barrymore.

And she’s pregnant with their first child!

Not much is known about Kopelman. He is an art consultant, and the son of Arie Kopelman, former CEO of Chanel. He attended Boston University. He also reportedly dated Sarah Roemer, who starred in the 2007 film “Disturbia” (which only goes to show Will will not have difficulty adjusting to being married to a celebrity).

Details of their wedding are trickling in. According to reports, Steven Spielberg, who directed Barrymore in “E.T.”, was among the guests in the ceremony. Scarlett Johansson, who was superb as the Black Window in “The Avengers”, was also present.

The sweetest detail to come in is that “i carry your heart” by e.e. cummings was read during the service. Cameron Diaz’ read the poem in the 2005 film “In Her Shoes,” at the wedding of Rose Feller, played by Toni Collette and it gave the wedding a magical flourish, a sense of eternity. Hopefully, it did the same to Barrymore's and Kopelman's wedding!
