A scandal rocked the Miss International Organization when reigning queen Miss International 2012 Ikumi Yoshimatsu of Japan filed a criminal complaint against a top agency executive. According to Yoshimatsu, the talent manager threatened her life after she formed her own agency and refused to sign on with the powerful film company, Burning Productions.

The alleged stalking, intimidation, extortion and obstruction of business started when she turned down the offer of the company because of the rumors that it was linked to the Japanese Mafia, or Yakuza. Due to her plans of forming her very own film company, she was stripped of her crown and banned from this year's Miss International coronation night.

Yoshimatsu is scheduled to have her last walk as Miss International and crown her successor on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan. This is the second consecutive year that Japan is hosting the prestigious beauty pageant yet now the country's only winner is facing a huge scandal.

The tear-eyed queen posted the threat on her Facebook page that the harassment has prevented her to fulfill her obligation as the reigning queen.

"Harassment and intimidation from one man has deprived me of the role of Miss International," wrote Yoshimatsu on her Facebook page. "I have had to fight back tears of mortification. I can no longer to out alone as I fear I will be killed by someone. Fortunately, I now have security 24 hours a day - but other women who face the same stalking problem as me have no such security."

Organizers for this year's event confirmed the news because they don't want the media coverage of th scandal to overshadow the event. The alleged executive, Genichi Taniguchi, denied the accusations and said that he hold no grudges against her.

Yoshimatsu was crowned Miss International 2012 in Okinawa and her victory was Japan's first Miss International win in the 52 years of pageant history. Now that she is dethroned from her title, it will defnitely be a sad day for her given she can't even have her farewell walk as a queen.
