American musician Jon Bon Jovi just made an Aussie fan's most fervent dream come true. No, he didn't marry the fan. But, he did walk her down the aisle in Las Vegas, Nevada on Oct 12, 2013.

34-year old Branka Delic of Sydney, Australia, is probably one of Bon Jovi's biggest fans. She has dreamt of meeting her idol in person for numerous times already. Never in her wildest dream did she think that it would come true. But, it did. And, Delic was truly ecstatic.

But, Delic didn't just dream about it, she took a shot by using the Internet and Facebook to reach out to Bon Jovi. She had a goal in mind: Get him to walk her down the aisle on her wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada to her fiancé, Gonzalo "Gonzo" Cladera.

Delic proceeded to create the Web site Bonjoviwalkmedowntheaisle.com. It contains pictures of the future bride and groom, along with a note asking Jon Bon Jovi if he could walk Delic down the aisle to their wedding.

"We're living on a prayer and we want you to come lay your hands on me and walk me down the aisle!" wrote Delic.

She also created a Facebook page with the same name as the Web site she made, hoping to gather 5,000 likes and for Bon Jovi to notice and agree to her proposal. And then, she waited.

She didn't have to wait long.

The Facebook page reportedly got more than 2,000 likes. It didn't reach 5,000 but it did get a lot of attention. More importantly, it caught Jon Bon Jovi's attention. And the rest, as they say, is history.

The rockstar was kind enough to accommodate Delic's unusual request despite his busy schedule. He was actually scheduled to perform in Las Vegas on the night of Delic's wedding. It was part of his "Because We Can" world tour.

But, Bon Jovi didn't want to disappoint Delic so he took time out before his performance to escort her down the aisle of the Graceland Wedding Chapel. This was actually the same place where Bon Jovi himself got married in 1989. Her fiancé Gonzo was waiting for her on the altar.

Getting married there was part of Delic's plan because she hoped it would help convince Bon Jovi to grant her request.

According to ABCNews.com, when Delic was asked to comment on her wedding and Bon Jovi's participation, she did not reply.

However, she did post a message on Facebook.

"Such an amazing man take time from his schedule to come walk this crazy Aussie own the aisle ... Jon ..... I salute!,"

"You're everything I ever imagined, an amazing and generous being .... SO FREAKIN WOW!!"

"YOU MADE MY LIFE BABY!!," she wrote.

Bon Jovi congratulated the newlyweds and even posted a picture of him walking Delic down the aisle.

"Congratulations @branksd! May you & Gonzalo have a lifetime of happiness, love & memories together - ALWAYS!," he tweeted.

After making an Aussie bride's dream come true in Las Vegas, Bon Jovi will be at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas on Tuesday night, Oct. 15, 2013 to continue his "Because We Can" world tour.
