The clash over the baby drama looks like it is still far from over despite this being the season for reconciliation and warm company. Meanwhile, tempers will explode and arguments will be plenty while others just could not take any more. There is a lot to look forward to in this upcoming exciting episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

On Tuesday , December 20, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be mediating an unexpected clash between Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton). And old friend pops out of nowhere and offers Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bergman) much needed support. Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) will ask about Paul putting Dylan in danger.

Meanwhile, Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will disappear as Nick argues intensely with Sharon. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will call for a search.

The December 20 episode will also reveal that Sharon and Nick will blow up into a huge argument after Faith’s play. This only means that both Sharon and Nick would have to put their personal issues aside for Faith’s welfare. As for Dylan, it looks like he will need to work out his problems with Nikki too.

As for Lauren, things are about to get messier at Fenmore’s. This will drive her to seek some help to survive this calamity, but Jack will be a constant threat to her. Jack will want to get his hands into Fenmore’s, but maybe Phyllis could be the right person to approach.

In other happenings, Soaps She Knows says that Faith will have a meltdown over her family’s constant tension. There will come a point wherein she can no longer handle things. All of that fighting that she witnesses will take a toll, and that only means she is off to a plan of her own.

“The Young and the Restless” airs on CBS every Monday to Friday in the US. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
