After reporting an alleged rape that occurred to her right inside her campus room, the victim got the shock of her life when she received a letter from the college administration that she's been recommended for exclusion on grounds that she brought the college "into disrepute."

18-Year Old British Female Student Got Suspended From Bishop Burton College for Reporting Alleged Rape

The 18-year-old woman said the rape happened with fellow students from the Bishop Burton College.

After the unfortunate incident, the young woman went to report it to the college administration.

"I told the college I had been sexually assaulted but I didn't give the details of what had happened, I just gave them an outline," she said.

"The college said I had brought it into disrepute by having sexual actions with a group of people."

"A couple of days later they recommended that I was excluded."

"You have received a recommendation for exclusion from the college for bringing the college into disrepute by demeaning sexual actions with a group of people," the letter read.

But the defendants, Thomas Price, 21, of Rotherham, South Yorkshire; Stephen Johnson, 21, of Tickton, East Yorkshire; and William Robinson, 20, of Doncaster, South Yorkshire, all denied the assault.

Their lawyers claimed that based from the CCTV footage, her actions spoke otherwise when the three men came up to her while she was smoking outside the Bishop Burton College. She claimed she was dragged down the corridor, but the CCTV footage showed her smiling and even had her arm around Mr Robinson.

Admitting she was drunk when she first encountered the men, the woman told the jury all three befriended her outside the college.

"I was happy (with their company) until they began to make suggestions," she said. She claimed the three men took her phone and keys, led her to her room and started to engage in group sex.

One of the three men then pulled off her jogging pants, she said. "I told them to get off. My next-door neighbour heard me say: "Get off! Get out of my room!"'

The woman also told the jury she was then forced to tell her parents what happened after receiving the school exclusion notice. Her parents encouraged her to report the matter to the police.

The defendants deny the charges, claiming further that what happened with her was with her consent.
