Daniel Sturridge has started the 2013 English Premier League waxing-hot with three goals, scoring in each of their first three games that led to wins, and could end up as top scorer for the league.

This feat has not gone unnoticed as he was recently named Premier League Player of the Month for August.

The former Chelsea player has been very promising since his arrival at Anfield, with only injuries halting his momentum during the 2012 season.

Teammate Jose Enrique has expressed his admiration for the in-form attacker, and thinks that Sturridge has all the tools to make it as one of the top strikers in the world.

"I tell Daniel all of the time that if he wants he can become one of the best strikers in the world," Enrique was quoted on liverpoolfc.com.

"He is one of the most complete players I've ever played with. He has everything for a striker.

"He's quick, amazing when it's one against one, very very fast, not bad in the air and is clinical with both feet.

"I think he will be the top scorer in the league this season. But if we are to be successful, it can't be about one or two players.

"Kolo Toure said this week that to be a top team you don't just need top players. You all have to be together.

"Other clubs have spent more money than us, but we are all together and that's why we have started the season so well."

Liverpool will be playing Swansea on Monday and the entire Liverpool community will be very much hopeful that he keeps his crosshair on target.
