The 2013 PBA Draft - 7-foot behemoth Greg Slaughter is expected to be taken first overall by the Barangay Ginebera while fellow giants Ian Sangalang and Raymond Almanzan are set to join San Mig Coffee Mixers and Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, respectively.

After that, the guessing game begins with Barako Bull Energy Drink reportedly prepared to shake off the trading floor by trading all their three first round picks at draft night.

The excitement and drama surrounding the 2013 PBA Draft is surely a not miss as the best amateur Filipino basketball players all set to make their first step towards playing in the first pay-for-play league in Asia.

Top-3 Profile

Greg Slaughter - According to Hoop Nut.com, Slaughter is a sure no.1 pick in this year's draft. The big man has been a winner since his college years and amateur days, winning multiple titles with Ateneo Blue Eagles and NLEX in the D-League.

With Ginebra looking for a legitimate presence at the post, there's no secret the most popular basketball franchise in the Philippines will go all in for their center of the future, and Slaughter perfectly fits the mold.

Ian Sangalang - Hoop Nut described the former San Sabastian standout as a mobile big man with a variety of moves at the post. Sangalang has captured MVP honors with the Stags and again with NLEX in the D-League. He is often compared to former St. Lucia Realtor banger and PBA Great Dennis Espino, who ruled the paint during the 90s and early 2000s.

Raymond Almanzan - the 6-foot-7 Almanzan is considered a diamond in the rough by most PBA scout. The lanky big man from Letran Knights is reportedly being eyed by Rain or Shine head coach Yeng Guiao, who's direly looking for another frontline body alongside Beau Belga, Jervy Cruz and JR Quinahan.

Other Prospects:

James Forrester, Justin Chua, Terrence Romeo, RR Garcia, Alex Nuyles, Nico Salva, Isaac Holstein.
