With the beginning of 2014, some sensational new shows on TV will take over. About 'Intelligence'

CBS's TV show "Intelligence" is one of the highly anticipated of the many other new TV shows. It is a show that revolves around intelligence missions aiming to protect the United States.

The show's creator is Michael Seitzman who has also created 2009's shows "House Rules" and "Empire State."

Leading the action-adventure TV series is Josh Holloway as the character named Gabriel Vaughan. He is an American actor and former model who is known for his role of James "Sawyer" Ford in the TV show "Lost." His recent gigs include "Mission Impossible- Ghost Protocol" and "Battle of the Year: The Dream Team." Accompanying Josh Holloway in his missions are actors like Marg Helgenberger, John Billingsley, Meghan Ory and more.

About the Character and the Storyline- Gabriel Vaughn

In 2014's new show "Intelligence," Josh Holloway is playing the role of an agent Gabriel Vaughn who has a microchip installed in his brain. This chip enables him to access all sorts of information available through Internet and satellites. He has the ability to hack any information centre that is needed to protect the United States.

Thus, he is a significant source of information and an important part of the detective agency and he must be protected at all times.

Lillian Strand played by Marg Helgenberger is the in-charge of the "cyber-security" agency and she appoints a female bodyguard Agent Riley Neal played by Maghan Ory for the protection of Gabriel.

Gabriel is a very unpredictable personality with a tendency of becoming temperamental. While he is committed to his missions, he may resort to risks, involving violation of the protocol.

Intelligence Season 1 Airdate: When and Where

Intelligence is one of the first few new TV shows of 2014. The show will be aired on channel CBS. The show will kick off with its pilot episode on Jan. 7, 2014. And then it will take to the Monday slot with Intelligence Season 1 Episode 1 Red X on Jan. 13, 2014, followed by "Mei Chen Returns" on Jan. 20, 2014.
