The 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards was a jam packed event for Hollywood celebrities and former Disney stars as they hit the red carpet for the annual event. "Come & Get It" singer Selena Gomez took home three awards and BFF Demi Lavato took home the Best Female Artist award.

Justin Bieber's estranged girlfriend was the big winner for the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards as she walked away with Song of the Year ("Come & Get It"), Best Song to Dance To ("Birthday") and Most Talked About Artist award. Other big winners include English boy band One Direction for Best Music Group, former Disney star Justin Timberlake for Best Male Artist, Fifth Harmony for Breakout Artist of the Year and Becky G for Best New Artist.

"Sam & Cat" star Ariana Grande was one of the event's top performer. The Nickelodeon star wore a pair of mouse ears while she performed at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Saturday night, April 26. Debuting her new single "Problem," Grande's new song will hit iTunes right after the award show airs on Disney Channel on Sunday at 8 P.M.

"hope it ends up coming out earlier than it's supposed to tomorrow night! iTunes does that sometimes, Grande tweeted on the release of her new single. "had a great time at the #RDMAs! thank you so much for having me and for my award. So grateful!! thank you!" .

Austin Mahone was also in attendance as he rocked the stage during the 2014 RDMAS. The 18-year-old charmer even brought up some fans on stage for a fun selfie just like the famous Ellen DeGeneres selfie picture during the Oscars.

"So much fun performing tonight!!! Great to see everyone," Mahone wrote on his Twitter account after the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards.

Former "Mickey Mouse Club" star Justin Timberlake delivered an a cappella vocal chops with his band to the classic song "Thank You for Letting Me Be Myself, Again." The picked up his award and delivered a video acceptance from Paris where is currently touring the "20/20 Experience World Tour."

The 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards will be telecast on Disney Channel on Sunday, April 27, at 8/7c.
