With the second and third seeds gone, Federer (3.40) rises to the second-favourite status after defeating compatriot Stanislas Wawrinka, 3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4, 6-4 in his own QF match. The other two darkhorses—Dimitrov (8.00) and Raonic (8.50) look to crash the expected Djokovic-Federer final party.

Safarova, at 23rd is the lowest seed among the final four in the ladies’ competition.
