2015 UFC Schedule To Be Released On November 17
UFC is set to announce its complete 2015 schedule at an event on November 17 in Las Vegas called "The Time is Now". The special fan appreciation type gathering will bring together some of the UFC's biggest stars at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
"The Time is Now" event is free to the public and will be streamed live on UFC's website. Apart from the UFC President, Dana White, all headliners for the upcoming UFC shows from December 20 to February 28 will grace the event, including women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, middle weight champion Chris Weidman and light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.
Other headliners are also expected to be on the event such as Lyoto Machida and C.B. Dollaway who are scheduled to fight on December 20, Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones on January 3, Conor McGregor and Dennis Siver on January 18, Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz on January 31, Vitor Belfort and Chris Weidman on February 28 and Ronda Rousey and Cat Zingano on February 28.
Although the company has never announced its entire schedule in a single event before, it appears that it is all set for the announcement of the entire 2015 schedule as media invites with a "save the date" request has already been given. Apart from the announcement, UFC also revealed that a "very special announcement" would be made at the event.
