Talk about another health scare. "30 Rock" actor Tracy Morgan has been rushed to the hospital after falling unconscious outside the Sundance Film Festival.

The 43-year-old actor was being honored at the "Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards" in Park City, Utah. According to TMZ reports, Morgan was escorted out of the building after his speech where he then fell unconscious and was taken afterwards to the hospital in an ambulance.

Morgan's agent denied reports that he seemed intoxicated while on stage at the awards. It was said that the actor was suffering from a combination of exhaustion and altitude. A spokeswoman for Park City Medical Centre said no drugs or alcohol were found in Morgan's system.

The co-director of Morgan's film "Predisposed" tells Entertainment Weekly that Tracy Morgan is doing much better now after collapsing at the Sundance Film Festival.

While visiting the photo and digital studio in Park City, Utah to promote the movie, filmmaker Ron Nyswaner said that the "30 Rock" star passed out due to altitude sickness combined with his diabetes.

Nyswaner had already spoken with Morgan and says that the actor is due to check out of the hospital shortly. "It was really frightening last night when it was happening," said Nyswaner.

"But Tracy is so beloved that he was taken care of by a lot of people," he added.

Morgan stars as a drug dealer in the family comedy movie, which also features Jesse Eisenberg as a pianist and Melissa Leo as his drug addict mother. The film, which was scripted and directed by Nyswaner and Phil Dorling, is due to premiere at the festival this Friday.
