White Lies went to Australia in 2009 to promote the album "To Lose My Life," including the singles "Death," "Unfinished Business" and "Farewell to the Fairground." They played at the annual Splendour in the Grass music festival, which was held at Byron Bay in New South Wales, Australia.

In 2011, the group was supposed to tour from April 7-8 in Melbourne and Sydney, but because of the Japanese tsunami, the concert was canceled. The tour's promoter, Frontier Touring, issued a statement of apology in behalf of the band.

"The band were very much looking forward to visiting Melbourne and Sydney after their Japan dates but with those shows now cancelled following recent disasters, it is unfortunately no longer financially viable to perform the two headline shows here," Frontier Touring said in the statement, according to a Faster Louder report.

30 Seconds to Mars' "Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams" March 2014 Tour in Australia, which features White Lies, will be the last leg of the band's series of shows which started Oct. 29, 2013 at the Atlantico Pavillion in Lisbon, Portugal.
