AT&T and Sprint will start to sell on April 19 the 32GB HTC One smartphone for $199.99. The deal comes with a two-year contract and is available in black or silver colours.

AT&T will also make available the high-end 64GB with a price tag of $299.99 and a two-year contract.

HTC One was initially scheduled for release in March, but the company had to delay shipment because of parts shortage. The anticipated device runs on a 1.7 GHz quad-core processor and Android 4.1 and has an aluminium case, a 4.7-inch full HD screen and bigger-than-average 2300 mAh battery.

Under T-Mobile's new no-contract plan, the 32-GB HTC One will be available sometime in spring for $99 down with 24 equal payments of $20. T-Mobile just scrapped the two-year contracts which means customers can get out of their subscriptions anytime they want to.

Those who want to reserve the HTC One with AT&T could do it online beginning 1 p.m. on Thursday, while Sprint starts accepting online reservations on Friday.

Meanwhile, Tech Crunch published an alleged leaked photo of the HTC First which was tweeted by Evleaks, known to be a consistent source of pre-release Android hardware info.

The Web site, however, pointed that the suggested name of HTC First appears to be too close to HTC One, although the upcoming device was initially codenamed HTC Myst.

Reports said the HTC First, scheduled to be announced Thursday at the Facebook headquarters, will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon D4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 5 megapixel rear camera and 4.3-inch display capable of 720p HD resolution.
