Daniel Craig is likely to keep his swag on as he is pegged for another bunch of 'James Bond' films.

Michael G. Wilson, producer of the current installment ("Skyfall"), is reported by Hollywood Reporter to start negotiations with the actor after shooting ends.

Having said that, Craig's popularity could still pick up momentum, for he would still be attached to the iconic role that catapulted the likes of Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan to stardom.

"Skyfall" is the 43-year-old's third Bond film and the 23rd, overall. The said title has yet to release official promos, heck, even its plot detail is just as vague.

"In Skyfall, Bond's loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost," the press release safely states.

The producer also inferred that director Sam Mendes and Craig are probably bringing the movie its 1960's ambience, which is reminiscent of the Sean Connery era.

Wilson shared to the Sunday newspaper The People his plans to discuss with Craig the chance to do five more flicks, bringing the total count to eight.

"Filming has gone very well and I'd love Daniel to surpass Roger's [Moore] record and do eight more pictures," the producer tells the publication.

The world wide web suddenly buzzed with this news, eliciting positive responses on Craig reprising the role. One even said, "in my humble opinion, the best Bond ever."

While Craig hasn't been commenting on this exciting news just yet, he's all praises for "Skyfall".

"Everything's in place. Sam Mendes is directing. We've got an amazing cast, a great script. We've got all the right ingredients," he says highly to Access Hollywood.

Just how does he make himself fit and bankable despite the old age?

"Go to the gym and work out. There's no secret to it. Just hard work, that's all you can do," Craig shares.

But before looking forward to more Craig-Bond action, he can be currently seen on critically-acclaimed features "The Adventures of Tintin" and "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo", which are reaping awards this season.

The future is undoubtedly looking brighter for this English lad.
