The 2,000 square metre house built and owned by Graeme Ingles was sold by Shaun Kaddatz of Ray White Prestige after one week of marketing. The three-level home is perched on an 8,888m2 rise affording a bird’s eye view with the ocean and entire stretch of the Gold Coast spread-out below.

Mr Kaddatz said the local buyer was attracted by the truly unique nature of the offering.
