Ogling at naked bodies of people seems to be a natural human trait. While some people are content enjoying the unclothed beauty of their partners, others would go to great lengths to take a peek at other people in various states of undress without their knowledge or consent.

That is the reason why the Internet is agog at the ongoing nude photo leaks of female celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence and on a local scale, the reason why a 19-year-old Greek male migrant was sentenced on Wednesday by the Australian Capital Territory Court to 250 hours of community service.

Apostolos Kipouros was caught in the earlier part of 2014 hidden inside the cubicle of the women's toilet at Woden Westfield shopping centre in Australia filming women answer the call of nature. Kipouros used his mobile phone and a mirror to video secretly the women in various stages of undress.

However, one woman noticed a mirror and cellphone coming under the cubicle, causing her to scream and making the user of the other cubicle ran out. The horrified women called security and Kipouros was arrested.

When he was questioned by the police, the Greek migrant admitted to secretly taking videos of the women. He said he did it to impress his friends. Kipouros added that he also did the same thing in Greece before he moved to Australia.

His phone yielded more videos of women's groin areas shot at a public library. Kipouros's lawyer, Paul Edmonds, said the youth was aware he committed a serious crime and admitted he needs counseling.

Because of his clean record of having no drug, alcohol or mental health issues and lack of criminal history as well as studying and working plus having a supportive family, ACT Magistrate Peter Morrison gave the wayward youth a lighter sentence of 250 hours community service and two-year good behaviour order.

As long as there would be curious youth, more Peeping Toms would be caught in public toilets trying to capture images of naked bodies. Another one was recently caught in Colorado, but his victim were male university students.
