“Source Code” actor, Jake Gyllenhaal has confirmed he had quite a brawl with a fan inside the men’s room at the venue for the SXSW Film Festival over the weekend.

The actor was at festival’s john in Austin, Texas promoting his latest film when a fan took his picture.

The "Brokeback Mountain" star told Entertainment Weekly that he asked the unidentified fan to delete the picture from his camera.

"That's true." Gyllenhaal said when asked to confirm the incident, adding, "I think it's an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn't disagree with me on that."

Jake’s representative, according to Aceshowbiz, had provided a clearer picture of what happened inside the bathroom.

"There was no scuffle, it was an excited fan who tried to take his picture in the restroom," the rep explained to E!, according to Aceshowbiz. "He asked the guy to please delete it and he did!" It was further stressed that there was "no drama".

Jake plays Captain Colter Stevens in “Source Code". Stevens is a decorated airman, said Aceshowbiz who found himself in the body of an unknown man. Other casts joining Jake in the film include, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga and Jeffrey Wright. It was directed by Duncan Jones. The techno-thriller film will be open in US theatres beginning April 1.
