Adam Levine's New Advert Features "The Morning After"
Dubbed as People's Magazine "Sexiest Man Alive," Adam Levine released a new sexy ad campaign to promote his menswear collection for Kmart. Filmed at the iconic hotel Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, the new advert features the Maroon 5 front man as he looks for his strewn clothes the morning after.
The 34-year-old The Voice couch debutshis full commercial on December 2. The adver was also aired on national television outlets. Adam's toned physique was featured in the video after a wild night as he wakes in a hotel with a mystery female at the hotel in Los Angeles.
The wild party's aftermath was very evident as the singer searches for his clothes in a room full of clutters from last night's party. The empty whiskey glass on the vinyl of a record and several balloons scattered around the suite is the sight that Adam woke up to.
After a few seconds of fishing his clothes against the clutter, Adam is fully dressed in clothes from his new range and races through the hotel door. However, the ad's good twist comes knocking on the door, before Adam opens the door, a brunette mystery woman does and hands him the keys.
Just in time for the holidays, the new ad campaign was directed by Jonas Akerman against Maroon 5's track Love Somebody. Although Adam admits that he's never been a follower of passing trends, this ad marks Levine's venture into the competitive world of men's fashion.
According to an interview with People's Magazine, Adam confessed: 'In a way I'm not into fashion. What I'm trying to do is something that in a lot of ways is the anti-fashion line, and not necessarily based on momentary trends.'
Adam describes his new clothing range as basic, simple and timeless. The "Voice" coach also added that these are the kind of clothes that he would love to have in his closet. He also added: 'I kind of love it all. I love the way the leather jacket turned out. It was really simple and cool. I have definitely lined my closets with my stuff.'
