Adele clarified her statement published in her interview in Vogue about taking a four or five years break from her successful singing career saying that she will still be recording music.

Adele swept six Grammy Awards last Sunday night making her one of the phenomenal artists in today's generation. In her most recent statement, she will be taking five days off before heading back to the studio to continue making good music.

Adele posted in her blog, "I've a few days off now, and then it's the Brit Awards here at home and then I'm straight into the studio. BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days!"

Initially, Adele told Vogue that she will be taking some time off to focus on her personal relationship. Adele was escorted by charity fundraiser and her new beau Simon Konecki. Adele's recent heartbreak fueled her best-selling 21 album.

Adele's exact words in Vogue were "I am f****** off for four or five years. If I am constantly working, my relationships fail. So at least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy." She may choose to retire from show business altogether.

"And then I don't know what I'll do. Get married." adds the singer.

This statement of Adele will soothe the feelings of the fans who were worried that they will not be hearing new good songs from Adele.
