Kanye West, after ridiculing Kim Kardashian's ex Ray J, took to Twitter on Tuesday and proudly posted a photograph showing a pregnant Kim Kardashian being clicked by photographer Karl Lagerfeld for "CR Fashion Book" by Carine Roitfeld.

"Yeezus" star, Kanye West, released the rather awkward photograph hours after dissing Ray J on national television in a new rap song he performed live on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

Coming back to the picture, the rapper tweeted, "Karl shooting my 2 girls @CarineRoitfeld @RiccardoTisci @KarlLagerfeld."

He tagged Carine Roitfeld, Riccardo Tisco and Karl Lagerfeld with the picture.

Shooting my 2 girls, he is indeed referring to Kim Kardashian and the couple's daughter North West. Apart from the picture he also attached a behind-the-scene shoot which is featured on CR Fashion Book's website.

The shoot happened in Paris on May 22, when she was eight-month pregnant. The background score of the shoot is grand and in one of the scenes, Kardashian is shown wearing a royal mask kind of a thing on her face. The shoot looks rather scary and creepy.

Kardashian appears on the cover of "CR Fashion Book" as well as on different pages inside, according to E! Online.

"Pregnancy is something that I always love. It's about hope and the future and a new baby," Roitfeld said, who came up with a hope theme for the issue. "This is a magazine that is a collector's item."

Recently, former "Vogue" editor Carine Roitfeld commented that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are like normal people irrespective of the fame that they have got.
