After Ex-BF, Lady Gaga Ends Ties With Long-time Manager
It gets lonely at the top. This phrase also applies to the lives of many celebrities who have become so busy that they don't have time to develop relationships.
When Lady Gaga was about to release her new album, "Artpop," she faced trouble in her professional and personal life. The "Applause" singer and her long-time manager Troy Carter have split. The duo, who has worked together since 2007, parted ways because of "creative differences," according to various reports.
Carter and Gaga have worked together as a team and played a significant role in making the "Poker Face" singer rise to success. Gaga has reportedly sold 9 million albums since the two associated together. However, no official confirmation has been made by the singer or her manager, but the news seemed true as many agencies have reported about it.
According to Tech Crunch, 40-year-old Carter has many businesses to look forward to as he also invests in Uber, Spotify and Dropbox.
Gaga gave a tearful performance Sunday on her new song, "Dope," at the inaugural YouTube Music Awards and was doing everything she can to release her third album next Tuesday.
Lady Gaga has been left alone to enjoy her success as there were reports earlier this week that Gaga's long-time boyfriend Taylor Kinney has also ended the relationship with her as the singer is too busy in her life to spend time with her boyfriend and like any other relationship it also needed time.
"It's sad but also liberating at the same time," one source with ties to both of them said.
However, the bizarre singer, who loves to shock people with her behavior, dismissed rumors by showing some real affection for Kinney at Sunday's YouTube Music Awards in New York City. Do you think Gaga's manager exit will affect her career? Or is the singer talented enough to pull her career with anyone that replaces Carter?
