After her most recent bar brawl allegations surfaced, Lindsay Lohan stepped and tried to maintain her calm. However there was something noticeably wrong with her lips.

It looks like the 25-year-old may have gone too far with regards to plumping injections. The star whose probation was lifted last month isn't a first timer in the plastic surgery industry. While still in her 20's she has done Botox and lip plumping procedures, but all of it might have finally taken a toll on her.

Lindsay stepped out after a treatment in Los Angeles with swollen lips. Just earlier in the week however, she was seen with a rather deflated looking pout.

Steering towards her most recent trouble, Lindsay was at club Smoke and Mirrors where the brawl reportedly happened. Sources say it all started when a drink was thrown over at Lohan after clubbers made fun of Lindsay's clubbing buddy.

"There were some people dancing around her and people trying to get to her and I was keeping them away. I heard commotion behind me. And the girl said something and Lindsay cursed and the other girl threw a drink at her and that was it," Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan told The Celebrity Café.

Witnesses said that Lindsay called his father for help. Michael showed up to accompany her famous problematic daughter. The two were said to have spent their time at the club with no alcohol.

According to Radar Online, Lindsay is not planning to talk to authorities about the said incident. Policemen have contacted Lindsay's attorney and wanted to formally hear her side. Her friend who was with the starlet that night and the bouncer who was a witness to everything both have already given their testimonies.
