After watching Zooey Deschanel star in her classic odd roles for various independent films, it is time to adore her all the more by listening to her smooth, solemn voice.

With 'A Very She and Him Christmas' album, she works together again with Portland native folk artist M. Ward to sing you songs for the coming holidays. The album is composed of cover and original songs that were made sweet to listen to while exchanging Christmas hugs with your loved ones. Her rendition of 'Silver Bells' is a little less sharp compared to its usual tinkly sound. But she makes up for most of the songs as her charming voice puts a total twist to the old Christmas songs we have traditionally listened to such as 'Blue Christmas', 'Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree', and a lot more.

'Christmas Day,' a song originally made by The Beach Boys, gave light to Deschanel's unique-sounding voice. This is the track that you would listen to in the morning just when you are curing your head from last night's hangover.

'A Very She and Him Christmas' is one amazing collection of tunes that would make your Holidays more festive yet warm enough to listen to as you spend time together with your loved ones this coming Christmas.

The album is released by Double Six and it will officially hit record stores by Nov.21.
