News are spreading like fire about the interestingly smiley face in the signature of Katy Perry for her divorce papers with estranged husband Russell Brand.

Aside from the news several days ago that Brand will not take any single cent from Perry's earnings within the time that they were married, the 'Peacock' singer is also getting her single name back.

And then of course, there is the latest news with the smiley sign right beside her signature in the actual divorce papers.

According to the files of the Los Angeles Superior Court about the divorce case of Perry and Brand, the two have come up with a written settlement that tackles all of the possible issues involved already in the process.

The agreed settlements were stated in the court filing of Perry according to TMZ while Brand's sought for no spousal support.

At the end of it all, it is common to find celebrity couples get married and eventually split after just a short time. In fact, Perry's marriage can be considered way stronger than the whirlwind marriage of Kim Kardashian with basketball star Kris Humphries.

But what makes this separation of Katy and Russell different from the rest is that anyone can get to see this as the most cordial divorce in Hollywood. Besides, who else would you find other than the ever charming Katy Perry who would include a smiley face for a divorce paper?

Their divorce will not be official up until June 30 according to the waiting period of six months that they have to wait for in California law.
