Alleged undergarments of Queen Elizabeth II up for auction in US
A man claiming that he owns an undergarment of Queen Elizabeth II is now selling the item at an auction in the United States. The piece of undergament had been in his possession for 40 years, the man claimed.
Entertainment Web site TMZ reported that the pair of undergaments came into the possession of a certain "Baron" Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi, an allegedly famous Miami playboy that goes with the name Sepy.
According to the Web site, the pair were left behind a private plane when the British monarch visted Chile in 1968. A photograph of the undergarment has been published by the Web site.
In an obituray published by Miami Herald, Sepy was described as "an unrepentant playboy who led comely conquests to a Viking-ship bed, he was Miami's Hugh Hefner, ascots, silk smoking jackets and all."
Sepy has passed away June this year, and now his estate plans to sell the "royal memorabilia" for around $9000. According to TMZ, the estate has also sold Queen Victoria's underwear for the same price back in 2008.
