Mike Chang from "Glee," or Harry Shum Jr. in real life had already bared his heart out to his girlfriend, Shelby Rabara and proposed last October while vacationing in Hawaii, according to the US Weekly. The two lovebirds did not publicly disclose this information until now. Their engagement comes as no surprise to people close to them because they are very close with each other and for years, have been great together.

While Harry Shum is a mainstay in the popular hit TV series, "Glee," his girlfriend Rabara is not an unfamiliar face in showbiz. Rabara is a dancer who occasionally dabbles in acting. The dancer actress is known for her small roles in movies "17 Again," where Zac Efron played the lead character as well as in television series such as "Community" and "CSI." The couple also worked together in "Glee" itself, where Rabara playing Shum's love interest on several episodes as Shoshandra, from 2009 to 2010.

Apparently, the engagement is not the only big news they have hidden from the public. The now engaged couple has already moved in together as well just a month ago into a home Harry Shum bought in LA for a million dollars. Perfect for the new chapter in their lives is Shum's newest acting role. Shum is recently casted in a new digital series entitled "Caper," where he takes on a role as a broke superhero.

Even though no wedding date has been set yet, the couple is all set to start a new life together. There must be something in "Glee" because Harry's now confirmed engagement makes him the six regular cast of "Glee" getting ready for their big day. Last June, Matthew Morrison who plays the kind professor and "Glee" club mentor Schue has been engaged to girlfriend Renee Puente since June 2013. Last October, Naya Rivera and Big Sean got engaged. Blake Jenner and Melissa Benoist confirmed their engagement last December even though they got engaged way earlier. Max Adler also got engaged, while Dot-Marie Jones already tied the knot just a few days before Christmas day, Wet Paint shares.
