‘Alto’s Odyssey’ release date, price: ‘Alto’s Adventure’ followup will be available soon
“Alto’s Odyssey” is reportedly going to be released in the summer of 2017. A teaser video was released to show a little bit of the game.
The first look into the sequel to “Alto’s Adventure” was given to fans recently. It showed a hot air balloon, which may indicate exciting things in the upcoming game. As of the time of writing, no one knows if players will be able to use the balloon in the game.
According to the developer’s blog Built by Snowman, the developers mentioned the humbling experience given to them when “Alto’s Adventure” became a success. This is why they wanted to give back to the community by creating another adventure the fans could enjoy.
What is expected from game
With fans having played the prequel to “Alto’s Odyssey,” there are some expectations to the game. “Alto’s Adventure” was liked by a lot of players as the game provided great graphics and music in the game. For those who have not yet played the first game, the story revolves around a boy named Alto. He goes on an adventure to retrieve the llamas that he had lost. Beyond this, the game also offers an interactive gameplay where players can interact with things in the game.
The game is also appraised by multiple players on both the App Store for iOS and the Google Play for Android. Many players left a five-star review for the artwork, graphics, Zen mode, music as well as the overall feel of the game.

According to a Twitter post by Team Alto, the game will be released in the summer of 2017 in the US. Players were invited to view the teaser trailer together with the tweet sent out. It was also said that players will soon “discover the secrets of the endless desert.” (See tweet below.)
The price of the game is still unknown. However, it may be the same as “Alto’s Adventure,” which costs $7.99 on iOS, according to TouchArcade. On the other hand, the game is free on Android.
