Wherever Amanda Bynes goes these days, trouble is not far away.

After checking out of the Ritz-Carlton in New York City, the former child star was confronted by cops outside a retirement community on July 21.

According to TMZ, the cab driver said that she was trying to get into a local retirement community in Thousand Oaks when the management turned her away because they felt she was drunk and they accused her of trespassing as she insisted on going inside.

Then, she got into a cab. "Get me the f**k out of here ... I don't have any money," she told the cab driver who kicked her out.

Afterwards, Amanda walked toward the retirement community home again and this was the part where the cops were called.

There is no record of Amanda getting arrested, so there was a possibility that she only has a ticket.

Amanda grew up in Thousand Oaks -- and owns a house in nearby Calabasas.

Two days after this incident, the former Nickelodeon star was hospitalized on a 5150 hold, according to TMZ.

The 27-year-old actress started a small fire in the driveway of someone else's home Monday night.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources said that the fire department responded to the home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. last June 23 and called the sheriff's department after finding Amanda standing in the driveway next to the campfire.

The Sheriff's deputies interrogated Amanda about what she was doing, and why she was doing it. Based on her answers, they decided she needed to be hospitalized on a 5150 hold.

A 5150 hold is an involuntary hospitalization for mental evaluation. Amanda can only be held for 72 hours though.
