Amanda Bynes saga appears to not come to an end very soon. The actress recently dyed her hair purple, expressed a desire to lead a normal life which included landing a job as a bartender and has been offered shelter by Britney Spears.

The former child star felt the need for a major change in her life and got her hair dyed in an eye-catching colour. She uploaded a pic of herself on Twitter announcing the same.

Bynes was released recently from the mental treatment center. She was subsequently photographed sleeping on a couch in a shopping mall. As the pics became public, the star took to Twitter to claim that she does not have money for a hotel room. "at the beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI !", tweeted the star. "I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel."

Various reports and the tweets of the star revealed that she does not have access to her $ 5.7 million fortune and is given only $50 and $100 worth gift cards. She even claimed that she is temporarily staying at one of her friend's place and does not have enough money for a decent hotel room. In recent updates, Bynes expressed a heartfelt desire to lead a normal life.

In answer to her plea, she has been offered a bartending job at State Social House in West Hollywood. As per TMZ, Chad Weiner, the bar manager, shared that they have an opening for the position she wanted. He even told TMZ.com that they are willing to look past her recent problems as the star deserves a second chance. In his own words, they already have an apron and a bottle opener with Bynes' name on it and all she needs to do is say 'yes'.

Since her release, Bynes has lashed out at her parents on social media for her troubled life and bipolar nature. In her tweets, the former child star confessed that she has been diagnosed with bipolar and depression disorders and is seeking psychiatrist for the same on a weekly basis.

Meanwhile, The Sunday World reported that pop star Britney Spears has reached out to the troubled celebrity saying that she could stay with her as long as she remains sober and follows the routine medical advice and treatments.
