Everyone thought Amanda Bynes was doing so well after her rehab stint until she was suddenly arrested for DUI. Immediately afterwards, the "She's All That" actress has been in the headlines frequently over the past few days for all the wrong and scandalous reasons. First, tabloids claimed she is back to being "insane," the next, she's being bashed for "being engaged."

Amanda Bynes is not taking all these tabloid reports sitting down. On her Twitter, she cited both In Touch and Star Magazine for lying about her and threatening to sue every tabloid out there that would ever say something untrue about her.

On Wednesday night, the actress tweeted that she is not insane and that the tabloids are lying about her in every way possible. She said that she is insulted by being called insane when she's "actually really smart."

The once promising actress also tweeted that suing is not above her. She would use that legal method for the gossip magazines to shape up with their reporting. "I will sue any one in the media who lies about me and says I ever gave them an interview when I never gave literally any magazine a quote," she said.

In fact, she also said that she already got a lawyer to represent her in suing both In Touch and Star Magazine for their insanity reports. The actress has a good feeling of the possible outcome of the lawsuit. She said she is "laughing all the way to bank."

InTouch Weely, however, already responded to the Twitter rants and suing threats. In response to the tweet that Amanda never gave any magazine a quote, InTouch magazine provided a telling picture of her and a reporter talking.

"After identifying themselves, two of our reporters spent the afternoon with Amanda Bynes on Sunday, Oct. 5. She was aware that they were from Bauer. At one point, she even discussed writing a column for the magazine. Every word of our account is accurate and we hope that Amanda gets the help that she needs," the statement of InTouch reads.

Star Magazine is yet to react.
