Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa tease reconciliation over sweet selfie
Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa’s feud may be a thing of the past now, if their recent photo is anything to go by. The ex-couple hinted of a possible reconciliation after they appeared looking sweet together in a selfie posted on her Instagram on Monday.
Amber had fans crying desperately for her and Wiz Khalifa to get back together after she snuggled close to him for a photo. Amber is seen pouting her lips in the Instagram snap while Wiz leans in close to her face. She captioned the shot, “Still Ballin” followed with a loved-up emoji.
Amber’s photo has since received 335 thousand likes and over 27 thousand comments, mostly from fans who expressed their excitement and happiness in seeing Amber with Wiz again. One Instagram user named shegotdouble_ds wrote, “Pleasee give it a next try,” while another named jayebros said, “So mach lovin dis.”
The photo reportedly came after Amber spoke about forgiveness during her speech at her first-ever S*** Walk event in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 3. The event host, who has a 2-year old son with Wiz, revealed how she felt really hurt being referred to as just “a stripper” in one of Khalifa’s songs. She also recalled her past relationship with Kanye West, who according to Mirror UK, once claimed that he had to take “30 showers” to get Amber off his mind.
“[Wiz] went on to make a song saying that he fell in love with a stripper, but fell out of love quicker. As you can imagine, him being the love of my life, regardless of us going through a separation or not it was extremely hurtful,” the 31-year old said in the Mirror UK report, while breaking down in tears.
Amber also revealed during her speech that Wiz has since apologised for his mean lyrics and she has also forgiven him. As for Kanye, Rose said she’s also willing to forgive him since she wants to get rid of the negativity in her life. However, Amber’s mother, Dorothy Rose, seemed to have dissed Kanye when she was photographedat the event holding up a sign that says, “F**k yo 30 showers.”
