'American Gods' Season 1 episode 3 spoilers: Mr Wednesday wants to rob a bank in 'Head Full of Snow' [VIDEOS]

Zap2it reports that "American Gods" Season 1, episode 3 will show Mr Wednesday planning to rob a bank. Shadow will once again wonder about his decision to work for the guy. Aside from this, he will also discover something surprising when he goes back to his motel room in this episode. "Head Full of Snow" will air in the US on Starz on Sunday, May 14.

'Head Full of Snow' guest stars

The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) lists the following stars as appearing in this episode: Kristin Chenoweth (Easter), Gillian Anderson (Media), Cloris Leachman (Zorya Vechernyaya), Peter Stormare (Czernobog) and Orlando Jones (Mr Nancy). They will be joined by Demore Barnes (Mr Ibis), Omid Abtahi (Salim), Mousa Kraish (The Jinn), Chris Obi (Anubis / Mr. Jacquel), Erika Kaar (Zorya Polunochnaya), André Dae/Daegun Kim (Older Son) and Michael Brown (Cop). The other "American Gods" cast members such as Emily Browning (Laura Moon), Yetide Badaki (Bilquis), Pablo Schreiber (Mad Sweeney), Crispin Glover (Mr World) and Bruce Langley (Technical Boy) will also be seen in "American Gods" third episode.

'American Gods' episodes

The episode before "Head Full of Snow" is "The Secret of Spoons," which aired on May 7. It was directed by David Slade and written by Bryan Fuller and Michael Green. It showed a slave ship in 1697 and Anansi/Mr Nancy's monologue about the things that will happen to the slaves as soon as they arrive in America. This moves them to kill the slavers by burning the ship.

Meanwhile, in the present time, Mr Wednesday offered Shadow a higher salary just to convince him to continue working for him. One of his tasks was to buy things in a store. While shopping, he met Media, one of the New Gods. She wants to team up with Shadow but he refused her offer.

Shadow and Mr Wednesday travelled to Chicago and met up with the Zorya sisters and Czernobog. Mr Wednesday wants to recruit Czernobog but the only way that will happen is if Shadow wins a game of checkers with him. Unfortunately, Shadow lost and because of this, Czernobog promised that he'll be killed with his hammer the next morning.

"American Gods" airs on Amazon Prime Video in Australia every Monday at 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). It also airs in the US on Sundays from 9-10 pm on Starz. The next episode after "Head Full of Snow" is "Git Gone" and it will air on May 21.
