'American Horror Story Season 3: Coven' Soon to Have the Iconic Stevie Nicks as Guest
If you are a fan of the hit horror television series 'American Horror Story' and the classic band Fleetwood Mac, then you'd love the news that Stevie Nicks is set to appear as guest in the show's season 3.
It was Ryan Murphy himself who tweeted the surprising news!
According to Huffington Post, there are still no other details with regards to the rest of its casting rumours and news. However, there are hints that it was Misty Day's character played by actress Lily Rabe, who may possibly be talking about the role of Stevie Nicks in the series.
When Rabe was interviewed by Vulture, the actress explained about how obsessed her character is with the singer. In fact, her character sees Nicks as more than just an idol but someone who will be able to explain to her why she turned out the way she is. She also revealed that the co-creator and the singer have always been in touch to talk about the progress of the show in its third season.
If you are a big fan, you will notice that the 'American Horror Story: Coven' season three used about eight Stevie Nick's songs.
LA Times reported that there are lots of news spreading around that Nicks will play as herself even though the singer has made a clear denial of being a Wicca follower. Her Wikipedia page also mentions a certain part that is called as "Rumors of Witchcraft."
Stevie Nicks had recent guest spots in other shows too like "The X-Factor" and the "American Idol."
Not many knew that she had a lot of Grammy nominations totalling up to eight but only one award and that too with her band and not as a solo artist.
"American Horror Story: Coven" is set to end by January 2014. According to Nielsen ratings, the horror TV franchise achieves an average of 4.3 million viewers every aired episode.
