Zimbio states that in the AHS VR video, a gurney was being wheeled into a room that appears much like a morgue or abortionist’s clinic. The dark place, which was obviously old and dirty, was filled with several fetuses placed inside jars and other items that are generally kept inside a mad scientist’s laboratory. The clip only lasted under 30 seconds and ended with the same cryptic Season 6 symbol, featuring a red question mark and the number six.
According to E!Online , previously, director Ryan Murphy teased at the AHS: Hotel PaleyFest event that the new season would cover the innocence of children in a new format. He said that they are working on two ideas at the same time, which they have never done in the past. “American Horror Story” Season 6 will feature a different form from what they did before, although he does not wish to reveal any more details at the moment.
The previous seasons of the horror FX show focused on one setting respectively, including a haunted mansion, a circus and mental asylum, among others. Murphy’s statements could mean that the new season may happen in two different settings, or cover two threats at the same time. Generally, fans should expect at least twice as much scare and horrors.
Emma Roberts also shared some details on the sixth AHS season. The actress teased that she might be coming back in the new season. Several cast members have already been confirmed like Denis O’Hare, Evan Peters, Matt Bomer, Angela Bassett, Lady Gaga, Leslie Jordan and Cheyenne Jackson. Roberts debuted on the show in Season 3 and returned in Season 4. She took a break in the fifth season.
“American Horror Story” Season 6 will premiere on Sept. 14, 2016 on FX. It also airs on Channel Eleven in Australia. More updates and details are expected soon.
