"American Idol" 2014 has yet to deliver a 'wow' show since its first live episode a couple of weeks ago. Judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr were still frequently too kind. But they, too, declared they were not wowed by many of this year's Top 12. Who are in the bottom three this week? Will Malaya Watson and MK Nobilette find themselves in danger zone again?

Keith Urban gave a standing ovation to Malaya Watson's take on "Take Me To The King" by Tamala Mann. But some critics just couldn't feel Watson picked the right song on American Idol 2014 Top 12 show. Her vocal chops, however, was unquestionable. Malaya's video is the most watched on FOX Idol's YouTube page here.

Harry Connick, Jr felt M.K. Nobilette does not really enjoy being on Idol. MK covered "Drops Of Jupiter" by Train. Some viewers felt this is not the same performer who brilliantly covered John Legend's "All Of Me" on the show. Nobilette seems to need help in choosing the best song to showcase her voice. Unless Harry is right; MK could be deliberately giving it bad, in a bad way.

Malaya, MK and Kristen O'Connor were the Bottom 3 on American Idol 2014 Top 13 last week. O'Connor got the boot. It is not easy to predict who would be in the bottom this week.

Just as in the previous American Idol 2014 live show, there was a number of mediocre, if not lame numbers in the Top 12 show. Some contestants were too self-indulgent, too "karaoke," to borrow Simon Cowell's manner of speaking. Jennifer Lopez couldn't criticize Emily Piriz over her "Let's Get Loud" number. But it was one of the worst numbers of the night.

Among the boys, Alex Preston seems to be in the danger zone. His arrangement and take on Gavin DeGraw's "I Don't Want To Be" did not sound as good as it should. In the end, the judges said it worked against him.

Sam Woolf, one of this year's WGWG (white guy with guitar) contenders, was not very good, too. Harry pointed out this 17-year-old couldn't connect to the song. It shows in his unchanging expression. But Keith implies Woolf will not exit the show just yet. He is one of the biggest fan favourites on American Idol Season 13.

Other contestants on American Idol 2014 Top 12 night are: Jessica Meuse, Majesty Rose York, Jena Irene, CJ Harris, Ben Briley, Dexter Roberts and Caleb Johnson. Two of them are wildcards: Jena Irene and CJ Harris. (O'Connor was the third out of 3 wildcards this year.)

For this week's prediction, the American Idol Top 12 results show will say farewell to either M.K. Nobilette, Emily Piriz, Alex Preston, or CJ Harris. (The other wild card Jena Irene Asciutto had a pretty decent number.)

The American Idol 2014 Top 12 results show airs on March 6, Thursday. Who do you think will go home and take the number 12 spot? UPDATE: Emily Piriz got the boot on Idol's March 6 live results show. The other two in the bottom three were MK Nobillette - for the second week in a row - and Jena Irene Asciutto.
