According to TV Guide's episode synopsis of the "American Idol" 2014 Season 13 Episode 10 "Hollywood Round, Week #3," this particular episode will show the AI judges Keith Urban, Harry Connick, Jr. and Jennifer Lopez reveal the top semifinalists of Fox TV Network's popular reality singing competition. This is the last episode of the Hollywood Round. Like the previous episodes, this will also take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

After the "American Idol" 2014 Season 13 Episode 10 "Hollywood Round, Week #3," is the Rush Week which will start on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014 and end on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. It will first feature the Top 15 female vocalists and then the Top 15 male vocalists will perform. They will sing once again to make the final Top 13. Results will be revealed on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014.

A number of AI Season 13 hopefuls sang original compositions including Spencer Lloyd ("Ordinary Girl") and Savion Wright ("Runaway Jane"). Others who sang their own songs were Alex Preston, Dexter Roberts, Jessica "Jess" Meuse and Jillian "Jill" Jensen.
