‘American Idol XIII’ 2014: AI Season 13 Atlanta, Georgia Auditions Episode Recap [WATCH VIDEOS]

"American Idol XIII" 2014 is back on its fourth episode after last night's episode which featured auditions in Detroit, Michigan with "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest and AI Season 13 judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr. They gave out a total of 40 golden tickets in Detroit, Michigan. All in all, there are 119 (Boston, MA: 25, Austin, TX: 35, San Francisco, CA: 19 and Detroit, MI: 40) golden tickets that have already been handed out to successful contestants. This time auditions were held in Atlanta, Georgia at the Gwinnett Center and the W Atlanta Midtown. 'American Idol XIII' 2014 Episode 4 Highlights:

Ryan Seacrest tweeted about the AI Season 13 auditions in Atlanta, Georgia and why viewers shouldn't miss it, especially the intro. Seacrest is excited about this particular episode because it features his hometown.

"Don't miss the intro of @americanidol tonight...it was directed by my mom. Kinda," tweeted SeaCrest on his official Twitter account.

Plus, an AI hopeful brought his cute dog to auditions. And, General Larry Platt has returned to "American Idol." The guy known for singing "Pants on the Ground" from AI Season 9 is back to sing his funny song. Connick, Jr. recognised him instantly and was obviously a fan because he couldn't help but sing along with Larry. "Pants on the Ground" is a catchy song that even made it to Top 46 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and was released on iTunes.

'American Idol XIII' Hopefuls from Atlanta, Georgia with Golden Tickets:

1. Majesty Rose - The first "American Idol XIII" 2014 hopeful to get a golden ticket in the Atlanta, Georgia auditions and three yeses from the AI Season 13 judges.

2. Jesse Cline - referred to as the ultimate Cinderella by AI judge and country star Keith Urban.

3. Chris Medina - aside from singing well, he also brought Bubby, his beloved black dog much to the delight of the judges, especially Connick, Jr.

"Just don't bring him around Ryan [Seacrest's] toiletry bag," said Harry Connick, Jr. to Medina in the AI Season 13 video sneak peak of the Atlanta auditions.

"Could be a little bit of a scene," he added jokingly as the rest of the AI judges and crew laughed.

4. Kristen O'Connor - nurse tech turned "American Idol" contestant.

7. Jordan Brisbane - was told by Connick, Jr. that he should be in the movies, but his talent in singing got him a golden ticket.

8. Sam Burchfield - impressed JLO who found him to be very original.

9. Jessica Meuse - another pink-haired contestant to make it through! AI judges compared her to Stevie Nicks.

12. Caleb Johnson - like Starr, also a returning AI hopeful.

13. Bria Anai - one of the youngest contestants at 15 years old.

The AI Season 13 judges seemed thoroughly impressed with the turnout of the auditions in Atlanta, Georgia. Urban summed it up by saying the following statement.

"A lot of artistry today," said Urban in the "American Idol XIII" episode 4.
