America's Cup 2013 has now reached its limit. After 18 grueling races, Emirates Team New Zealand and Oracle Team USA will now race for the very last time on San Francisco Bay, and this time, one team will be crowned champions of the 34th edition of the world's greatest sailing event.

It has been an incredible journey for Oracle's Jimmy Spithill and Emirates' Dean Barker, who have showcased superior sailing prowess and remarkable will power to overcome all odds.

One week ago, Barker and his team were on the cusp of bringing home the third America's Cup to New Zealand, but Spithill and company came through with perhaps the greatest comeback in history of sailing by winning seven straight races to force a winners-take-all battle on Wednesday.

Frustrations and the wear and tear of non-stop racing might be taking its toll on Emirates Team New Zealand, but Oracle's foiling upwind power has been the difference maker in the showdown.

"That was the first time that we recognized there was a condition where maybe we aren't as strong as we need to be," Barker told America's Cup. "It's tough. We're doing all we can, the guys never gave up, but clearly the Oracle guys were going well in that stuff."
