On Sept. 3, 2014, "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 9 (2014) hosted its second round of two-part Semifinals. Remaining 12 contestants performed to win the votes of the American viewers. Meanwhile, Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, Heidi Klum and Mel B continue to judge and mentor the performers. Following Wednesday night's episode, the show featured the much-awaited results/elimination episode on Sept. 4, 2014. The results based on public voting and judges' choice were announced and top 12 were revealed. During the Semifinals Round 2 Performance Episode, viewers enjoyed 12 finest acts chosen by judges and audience. The 12 performers who presented the show were: Wendy Liebman, Smoothini, Quintavious Johnson, Mat Franco, Kelli Glover, Jonah Smith, Jaycob Curlee, Emil and Dariel, Christian Stoinev, Blue Journey, Baila Conmigo and AcroArmy.

The excitement in the follow up episode of the first part of the semifinals round got doubled when rock sensation Maroon 5 set the "America's Got Talent" (AGT) stage on fire with their scintillating performance. Adam Levine along with his other band mates kicked off the show with the performance of their latest single "Maps."

Last week, the show introduced a surprise twist and a new rule "Snapple Save." This allows viewers to vote for their favourite contestants who they want to save during the show. The same rule applies to the results this week as well.

"America's Got Talent" (AGT) host Nick Cannon announced the names of the acts that are eligible for Snapple Save vote. Viewers were allowed to vote for Blue Journey, Christian Stoinev and Smoothini.

In the first round of elimination, AcroArmy and Baila Conmigo are put together. However, only one moves forward. Entering the top 12 is AcroArmy.

In the second round of elimination, Kelli Glover, Emil and Dariel, and Wendy Liebman are put together. Based on public voting, the cellist duo makes it to the top 12.

Jonah and Smith and Mat Franco are put together in the third round of elimination. The one who got selected for the next round is Mat Franco.

Fourth round saw Quintavious Johnson and Jaycob Curlee on the stage. The child singer was selected by the audience to compete in the next round.

In fifth round "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 9 (2014) Semifinals Round 2 elimination, the host Nick Cannon announced who won the Snapple Save vote. Blue Journey beat the other two acts to advance to the next level of the competition.

Sixth round of the elimination saw judges make the choice. Maximum number of judges' vote went to Christian Stoinev and Smoothini was eliminated.

To sum up, the Top 12 acts advancing to the next level of "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 9 (2014) are:

Mara Justine, Mike Super, Miguel Dakota, Sons of Serenip, Emily West, David Leeman, AcroArmy, Quintavious Johnson, Emil and Dariel, Mat Franco, Blue Journey and Christian Stoinev.
