It is confirmed. The A-list couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are engaged after being together since 2005.

Angelina and Brad have been together for seven year. They have six children and people have long been waiting when they're going to tie the knot. Robert Procop, a private jeweler to the couple confirmed that indeed he made a custom engagement ring for the future Mrs. Pitt.

"It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time," Cynthia Pett-Dante, Brad's spokesperson revealed.

The couple was spotted at a Chinese Art gallery together with son Pax. Angelina was pictured wearing a big chunk of rock on her wedding finger. The 36-year-old actress' ring was estimated to be worth around $250,000.

"I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt," a spokesperson of the jeweler said.

Procop said that Brad was very hands on regarding the design of the ring. It was a yearlong collaboration and was made from a diamond of the finest quality. The jeweler said that the actor was very keen for the exact cut and shape to suite Angelina's finger.

"Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encirlce her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality," Procop added.

Angelina's father John Voight publicly congratulated the pair on US Weekly saying that he was very happy for the two of them.
