A very unsettling video of young Angelina Jolie allegedly on drugs has taken the world by storm. The video shows Jolie pacing up and down the room and scratching her skin with nails. Reportedly, the 16-minute video was made by the convicted drug dealer Franklin Meyer in 1999. The video was first released by National Enquirer.

"Angie was a client of mine for several years. I sold her heroin and cocaine. One day she called me up and wanted me to drop by her place. That was her way of telling me she wanted me to bring her drugs," he said about the video as per Celebdirty Luandry "At the time, I had just bought a video camera and decided to bring it along. When I arrived, I just gave her the drugs and then she gave me the money."

The video also shows Jolie taking a phone call of her father Hollywood star Jon Voight. The actress discusses her brother James, and late mother, Marcheline Bertrand on the phone.

The video doesn't come as a surprise to her fans as Jolie has been very vocal about her dark past.

"I went through heavy, darker times and I survived them," Jolie, now Brad Pitt's partner told 60 Minutes (via E!). "I didn't die young, so I'm very lucky. There are other artists and people who didn't survive certain things."

Jolie was further asked more details about her dangerous past on which she suggested that "I was hoping you'd miss that!"

"Nothing I want to go into a lot of detail about, she said, but I think people can imagine that I did the most dangerous and I did the worst-and for many reasons I shouldn't be here," she further said to the Web site about her dark and scary past.

Angelina Jolie's rep is yet to comment on her video.
