Angelina Jolie is not against plastic surgery although she has not undergone any herself. The Hollywood actress insisted that her bee-stung lips are not a result of any cosmetic surgery.

"I haven't had anything done and I don't think I will. But if it makes somebody happy then that's up to them," Jolie told The Daily Mail in an interview.

"I'm not in somebody else's skin to know what makes them feel better about themselves. But I don't plan to do it myself."

Jolie's lips had caught the public attention as one of her most distinctive features. Back in 2007, leading Hollywood surgeon Ava Shamban described the Hollywood actress as "the current gold standard of beauty in the states and in the West in general right now" among women seeking cosmetic surgery.

Surgeons have noted that her romance with partner Brad Pitt has made her looks even more popular.

Jolie will next be seen in The Tourist, directed by Oscar winner Florin Henckel von Donnersmarck.

In the movie, an American tourist played by Johnny Depp is used by Angelina Jolie's character in an attempt to flush out a criminal with whom she once had an affair. The Tourist is scheduled to be released later this year on December 10th.
