Angelina Jolie wants to be a better wife for Brad Pitt and a better mother for their kids. Despite reports that she was caught fighting with Brad Pitt, the actress is said to have claimed she wants to "get the wife thing down."

The "Unbroken" director, whose known to get several things down perfectly, such as being a humanitarian, an actress, and even a starting director, wants to get one thing down more: being a wife to Brad Pitt. She shared that after tying the knot with Brad, she's been trying to improve on herself more. "We have more moments where I say, 'I'm going to be a better wife,'" the 39-year-old actress told Tom Brokaw in an interview for NBC's "Today" show, which aired on Tuesday. She recalled wanting to learn how to cook better and Brad telling her it's not a big deal and to just know what she is good at, to which she responded she has to because she "is going to get this wife thing down." She revealed that she's grateful that Brad Pitt knows her limitations.

She said getting married just August of this year did change a lot in her relationship with Brad Pitt and their kids. Having been together for almost a decade already and having six children, she revealed that her sense of commitment heightened even more with a formal wedding. For her, the wedding was important and special because they did not do it because they had to, but because they felt that much of a family. She added that she's grateful that she had the change to get married with their children being part of the actual ceremony.

This does not mean the two does not have their rocky moments though. As was recently reported by Woman's Day magazine, the parents of six were photographed in a heated argument on their Sydney hotel balcony just hours before the premiere of "Unbroken" on November 17. In the photo, both can be seen throwing their hands in the air, presumably a sign that they were both frustrated or resigned. Witnesses also told the magazine that indeed, the two are having an intense disagreement with each other.
