Angelina Jolie is the latest Hollywood celebrity featured in a comic book whose writer expressed hopes that women around the world could get inspired for the latest Female Force series of the American Publishers Bluewater Productions.

Writer Brent Sprecher revealed how awed he has become of Angelina Jolie as he got to know the actress who was turned into a sketched character in the comic book.

" I learned a great deal about her struggles and triumphs as an actress, mother and humanitarian,” Sprecher was quoted as saying by Exposay.com.

In writing the book, Sprecher revealed that he deliberately tried to draw attention away from the celebrity persona of “The Tourist” star and instead he went to focus on other deeds Jolie have been involved recently.

He added, "Often painted as an edgy, slightly dangerous movie star, what is often not revealed about Ms. Jolie is her tireless commitment to charity work and her dedication to the plight of refugees around the world as a Goodwill Ambassador with the United Nations."

The latest series of Female Force by Bluewater Sprecher hopes could touch women and be inspired by Angelina’s story.

"My hope is that this biography, in some small way, inspires others to follow Angelina Jolie's example and make helping those in need a part of their daily lives," Sprecher said.

Meanwhile, Bluewater President and founder Darren G. Davis asserted that Jolie represents what his company has aimed to achieve in publishing the comic books.

He said, "We're focusing our biography titles on the most intriguing celebrities, world leaders and artists."

"This is by design. We want to bring new fans to comics. One way to do this is to publish biographies on celebrities that already have strong and dedicated fan bases," he added.

Other stars featured in the Female Force series of the American Publishers Bluewater Productions include Oprah Winfrey, Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin. Celebrities expected to be featured in the upcoming series are Beyonce Knowles, Bill O’Reilly and Betty White.
