Angry Kim Kardashian Hits Back At Allegations She Cheated on Ex-Husband Kris Humphries; Calls Andrey a Convict and a Liar

Kim Kardashian has hit back at the man who allegedly claimed that she had a brief affair with him when she was engaged to her ex-husband Kris Humphries. The 33-year-old reality star has called all the cheating allegations against her as false and has reportedly taken a legal route against Andrey C Hicks whom she calls "a swindling convict and a liar," TMZ reports.

Kim's lawyer Marty Singer has reportedly sent a "scathing" letter to Hicks, who was once a best friend of Kris Humphries but cheated on him and other people by siphoning off their $2.3 million in a financial fraud. Hicks served 40 months in jail in 2012.

Through the legal letter drafted by her lawyer Singer, Kim has called Andrey "a swindling convict and a liar," the Web site reports adding that Kim even reveals that she has not written any email to Andrey as he has claimed earlier. Read more about Kim's email and their alleged affair here.

Furthermore, Kim's lawyer has even dismissed Andrey's claims that he has a doctorate in mathematics from Harvard University. According to Marty's letter, Andrey "dropped out of Harvard after three semesters and earned a D- in the only math course you took at Harvard."

Kim's letter further challenges Andrey to take a polygraph test to prove his claims. Andrey came into news on Wednesday when he exclusively told Perez Hilton that Kim and he had made love to each other at a time when she was upset with her relation with her then fiancé Kris Humphries in Monaco.

Kim reportedly cribbed about Kris with Andrey and then told Andrey that she wants to be with someone like him. The reality star then took the initiative to get close to him physically; Andrey reveled to the Web site.

"....After a tense pause she added that she wished she had a guy like me. I didn't really know what to say or do but before I could figure anything out she grabbed my hand and came in close. I hesitated for a minute. Everything was running through my head at a million miles an hour," Andrey revealed to Perez.

Andrey then acknowledges that he is not exactly a "good human being" and could not resist the temptation even though he was aware that Kim was his best friend's would-be-wife at that time.

"I did what any warm blooded man would do when he's got Kim Kardashian pressed up against him. I went for it. We started making out at first, made our way to a more secluded part of the villa's grounds, and then my pants were down and I was going to town," Andrey revealed further, reports the Web site.
