Anne Hathaway wants to be on 'Glee Season 2' as Kurt Hummel's aunt
Glee Season 2 may have another episode with character Kurt Hummel on the fore if Anne Hathaway's guesting on the musical show pushes through. The Hollywood actress has confessed that she wants to be on Glee Season 2 as Kurt's aunt who will help him deal with his sexuality.
In an interview with Jimmy Fallon on his show, Hathaway said she has already written a character for herself if she could land a guest spot on Glee Season 2. She wants to be Kurt's lesbian aunt from the side of his dead mother.
The Hollywood actress already has a song to sing, "You Are Not Alone" from Stephen Sondheim's "Into the Woods." If Hathaway's guesting on Glee Season 2 pushes through, it will be a treat to hear her sing as what she did in Ella, The Enchanted.
Meanwhile, Hathaway's upcoming film set to open this weekend, Love and Other Drugs is predicted to open with $13 million according to The Hollywood Reporter. In the movie, she stars opposite Jake Gyllenhaal.
Love and Other Drugs is based on the book, Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman by Jamie Reidy and is directed by Edward Zwick. It revolves around Maggie, a free spirited woman played by Anne Hathaway, who then meets her match in Jamie, played by Gyllenhaal who works in pharmaceutical sales.
