Nearly 2,000 pseudo-Santa Claus runners joined the yearly charity run in Belgrade, Serbia doing it for a cause for the sixth straight year.

About a thousand got to dress up as Santa Claus for free while other brought or bought their own red-and-white costume to join the race which raised money to help Serbian children with Epidermolysis Bullosa—a rare skin disease that causes the skin to become very fragile.

The race featured a mixture of pro and amateur runners making it more of a fun event rather than a competitive one. The ultimate Santa was Sasa Stolic, who is a veteran runner in this charity race, after finishing the race in first place.

“I am certainly happy that I won. Every year I take part in this event,” said Stolic in an interview with telegraph.co.uk. “I would like to thank everyone who supported me in this great event.”

Obviously, everyone came out as winners as they helped the charity organization in their own little way this holiday season.
